Add a check result to an aggregate. A check aggregate uses the check ‘:name` and the `:issued` timestamp as its unique identifier. An aggregate uses several counters: the total number of results in the aggregate, and a counter for each check severity (ok, warning, etc). Check output is also stored, to be summarized to aid in identifying outliers for a check execution across a number of Sensu clients. JSON serialization is used for storing check result data.

Determine if a check state is flapping, rapidly changing between an OK and non-OK state. Flap detection is only done for checks that have defined low and hight flap detection thresholds, ‘:low_flap_threshold` and `:high_flap_threshold`.
