Adds new chroot configuration to …/chroot.d/ directory

Examples:

=> true

Parameters:

  • name (String) —

    name of chroot

  • kwargs (Hash) (defaults to: {}) —

    options

  • force (Bool) (defaults to: false) —

    should we override existing config

Returns:

  • (Bool) —

    true if operation has completed successfully
