Parameters:

  Color for pixels

• cx (Integer) —

  Centre of draw_circle

• radius (Integer) —

  Radius in pixels

• opts (Hash) —

  Set of options

Options Hash (**opts):

• :fill (Boolean) —

  Draw a solid object

Returns:

• (Vips::Image) —

  Image to draw on
