Overview

Raised on the modern (2026-07-28) Streamable HTTP transport when an SSE response stream ends before delivering the JSON-RPC response. There is no resumption: "a broken response stream loses the in-flight request; clients MUST re-issue it as a new request with a new request ID". The transport makes that one replacement request itself — for every method, tools/call included, since the broken stream is also the cancellation signal the server MUST act on — and raises this when it too is lost.
