Overview

Identifies places where ‘$stderr.puts` can be replaced by `warn`. The latter has the advantage of easily being disabled by, the `-W0` interpreter flag or setting `$VERBOSE` to `nil`.

Examples:

$stderr.puts('hello')

warn('hello')
