Overview

Checks that operators have space around them, except for ** which should not have surrounding space.

Examples:

# bad
total = 3*4
"apple"+"juice"
my_number = 38/4
a ** b

# good
total = 3 * 4
"apple" + "juice"
my_number = 38 / 4
a**b
