Parse an identifier string into an instance

Parameters:

  • input (String) —

    The input identifier string to parse

  • opts (Hash) (defaults to: {}) —

    Parsing options

Options Hash (opts):

  • :relaxed (true, false) — default: false —

    Whether to parse in relaxed mode

Returns:

  • (ISRC) —

    the ISRC instance
