Unblocks a user from receiving autopromotions due to an abusefilter consequence.

Usage:

api.abusefilterunblockautopromote.user(value).perform # returns string with raw output
# or
api.abusefilterunblockautopromote.user(value).response # returns output parsed and wrapped into Response object
