Build a new RTree instance from CSV string

Parameters:

  • csv (String) —

    the CSV data in a string

  • dim (Integer) —

    the dimension of the tree

  • kwarg (Hash) —

    As for csv_read

Returns:

  • (RTree) —

    the newly built RTree
