Overview

Wraps a Symbol to provide the same predicate interface as ActiveSupport::StringInquirer.

inquiry = SymbolInquiry.new(:active)
inquiry.active?      # => true
inquiry.inactive?    # => false
inquiry == :active   # => true
inquiry == 'active'  # => true
inquiry.is_a?(Symbol) # => true
