.get_interface_value(interface, label) ⇒ String

This method is part of a private API. You should avoid using this method if possible, as it may be removed or be changed in the future.

get_interface_value obtains the value of a specific attribute of a specific interface.

e.g. “netmask” or “ipaddress”

returned if the kernel is not supported by the REGEX_MAP constant.
