Creates a new definition.

Parameters:

  • tag (String|Symbol) (defaults to: nil)

    An identifier for this definition.

    A human readable label for this definition.

  • primary (String|Symbol|Proc) (defaults to: nil)

    The primary matcher of this definition.

  • secondary (String|Symbol|Proc) (defaults to: nil)
