Overview
By now it has been allowed to modify the sysconfig or wicked configuration even when the network service is disabled. By now the same behavior will be applied and therefore this class configures wicked (through sysconfig) according to a given configuration.
TODO: Determine which configuration makes sense to be written when no service will be enable disabling the rest in the different dialogs.
