Parameters:

• attrs_or_content (Hash, String) (defaults to: {}) —

  Tag’s attributes or content.

• attrs (Hash) (defaults to: nil) —

  Tag’s attributes if content string passed.

Yields:

• Content block.

Returns:

• (String) —

  HTML markup
