Way to find and log actual localization keys into your i18n locale files
The Problem
It can be difficult to find actual localization keys after months of maintenance of rails project
The Solution
This gem collect all executed I18n.translate and I18n.t calls and dump it into YAML file at
#{Rails.root}/log/
Installation
group :development do
gem 'the_actual_locales', '~> 0.0.1'
end
And then execute:
bundle
Usage
- Install gem
- exec
rails s - Visit required pages with required locales
- Learn
/log/actual_locale.LOCALE_NAME.yml
