Smart Proxy plugin for Discovery Image

This is a Smart Proxy plug-in which provides API for Foreman Discovery Image. It is not meant to be enabled on regular Foreman Smart Proxy deployments.

Currently implemented API:

• reboot host
• reload kernel (via kexec)
