Overview

A pattern that is no ECMA-262 expression: syntax ECMA-262 does not define (Ruby's inline flags, possessive quantifiers, atomic groups, comments) or an expression neither dialect accepts. A RegexpError, so every caller that rescues an unreadable expression sees it.
