Overview

The TranscriptAttrib class provides an interface to the transcript_attrib table. This table contains the attributes for Transcript objects.

This class uses ActiveRecord to access data in the Ensembl database. See the general documentation of the Ensembl module for more information on what this means and what methods are available.

Examples:

transcript = Transcript.find(32495)
transcript.transcript_attribs.each do |attr|
puts attr.attrib_type.name + "\t" + attr.value
end
