Overview

The ExonStableId class provides an interface to the exon_stable_id table. This table contains Ensembl stable IDs for exons.

This class uses ActiveRecord to access data in the Ensembl database. See the general documentation of the Ensembl module for more information on what this means and what methods are available.

my_exon = ExonStableId.find_by_stable_id('ENSE00001494622').exon
