dt = DocType.new( doctype_to_clone )
# Incomplete.  Shallow clone of doctype

Note that the constructor:

Doctype.new( Source.new( "<!DOCTYPE foo 'bar'>" ) )

is deprecated. Do not use it. It will probably disappear.
