Mongrel Cluster Plugin

mongrel_clusterにrecoveryコマンドを追加します。

recovery?

mongrel_cluster.ymlからport情報などを読み込み port毎にstatusをcheckします。 1.process 2.pid 3.http response

checkがngの場合、該当portのみをrestartします。
