If you require newer versions of the asset files you can do 'yarn add jquery-modal' or download them from the Github repository.

Intro

This gem vendors the jQuery Modal assets for Rails 3.1 and greater. The files will be added to the asset pipeline and available for you to use.

For info on how to use jQuery Modal or get the unmodified asset files visit:

In your Gemfile add:

gem 'jquery-modal-rails-assets'

You can then include it in your app by adding the following to your javascript application file:

//= require jquery.modal

And to the css application file:

 *= require jquery.modal
