HttpErrorDogs

Replace your HTTP error codes with dogs. As seen here http://httpstatusdogs.com

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'http_error_dogs'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install http_error_dogs

Usage

Configuration options in config/application.rb

# Layout to use for error page rendering. Default: false
HttpErrorDogs.layout = false

# Cat codes to server. Default :all
HttpErrorDogs.codes = :all
# or
HttpErrorDogs.codes = [404, 500]

# Html used to render the error code. 
# Default: 
#   Proc.new do |status_code| 
#      image_tag "/assets/http_error_dogs/#{status_code}.jpg", alt: "Status code #{status_code}"
#   end
HttpErrorDogs.html = Proc.new {|code| "<h2>Error #{code}</h2>"}
