Secret Manager Service

Manages secrets and operations using those secrets. Implements a REST model with the following objects:

• Secret
• SecretVersion

To load this service and instantiate a client:

client = ::Google::Cloud::SecretManager::V1beta1::SecretManagerService::Client.new
