Synopsis

This rules will be applived like below:

{ "user_id": 1, "item_id": [ 100, 101, 102 ] }

will be extracted to

{ "user_id": 1, "item_id": 100 }
{ "user_id": 1, "item_id": 101 }
{ "user_id": 1, "item_id": 102 }
