Installation possibilities

• With your application's Gemfile:

  gem 'fluent-plugin-snmp'

• Install it yourself as:

  $ gem install fluent-plugin-snmp

• Intall with td-agent:

  $ td-agent-gem install fluent-plugin-snmp

• If you are using vanilla Fluentd:

  $ fluent-gem install fluent-plugin-snmp
