Overview
Backend evidence (app/graphql/types/inputs/locations/insert_input.rb:7-12, verified
against C:\docker\ecoPortal_master): name is required: true -- without it, every
insert is rejected by the backend. keywords ([String], optional) was also missing.
Both are declared here, on InsertCommand only, NOT on the shared MoveCommand parent --
a plain move has no name/keywords in the backend input, so putting them on the
parent would give ReorderCommand's sibling MoveCommand a field the backend does not
accept (the mirror image of this bug).
