So, this is the collaboration part of Tegu. The basic components:

• Logger
• Links to Repositories
• API to Issue Tracking
• Service persistence
• ACL for collaborators
• irb, HTML, and RESTful CRUD on logs, notes, documents
• Impermanent locally running website for project length

== Installation

sudo gem install davidrichards-tegu_labs

• log4r (sudo gem install log4r)
• god (sudo gem install god)
