Taiwan Open Data usualy use TWD97,so TWD97ConvertWGS84 can help you convert to WGS84.

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'TWD97ConvertWGS84'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install TWD97ConvertWGS84

Usage

$ TWD97ConvertWGS84.convert(x,y)
