Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'mods'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install mods


Create a new Mods::Record from a url: ruby foo ='')

Create a new Mods::Record from a file: ruby foo ='/path/to/mods/file.xml')
