Ruby dependency graph and lightweight personal package manager

TODO: add usage example.

Notes:

  • A package may be available even though its dependencies are not. This is because they are installation dependencies, not necessarily runtime dependencies.

  • Packages must be declared in order of dependency

  • Package definitions have access to their own exported functions, and those of their dependencies, namespaced under those dependencies.

  • Functions exposed by a package must always provide meaningful output, regardless of whether or not that package is installed.
