Workarea Classic Search Autocomplete

A Workarea Commerce plugin providing a simple Search Autocomplete UI

This feature has been pluginized directly from Workarea v3.4 and subsequently removed in Workarea v3.5.

If you are upgrading from Workarea v3.4 to Workarea v3.5 it is likely you'll want to install this plugin to ensure the expedience and consistency of your upgrade.

It should be noted that workarea-commerce/workarea-search-autocomplete exists and provides a better UX and UI for customers.

Overview

• Find-as-you-type functionality
• Produces a list of products, containing small thumbnail & name

Getting Started

Add the gem to your application's Gemfile:

# ...
gem 'workarea-classic_search_autocomplete'
# ...

Update your application's bundle.

cd path/to/application
bundle
