Vagrant::Cookbooks

Vagrant plugin for cloning down cookbooks before provisioning. It'll clone them to the path configured in cookbooks_path (if there are multiple it'll choose the first one) from the repository configured in git(i.e config.cookbooks.git = "git@github.com:Shopify/cookbooks").
