# Unigrep

## DESCRIPTION:

Print Unicode information matching description. (grep Unicode data)

• Inspired by App::Uni <metacpan.org/module/App::Uni>

• Data downloaded from <ftp.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/UnicodeData.txt>

## REQUIREMENTS:

• Tested with MRI (official ruby) 1.9.2, 1.8.7

• Tested with Rubinius (rbx) 1.2.4

• Tested with JRuby 1.6.3

## INSTALLATION:

gem install unigrep

## EXAMPLE:

$ unigrep 'snowman|snowflake'
   2603
