Overview
chat_id Integer or String Yes Unique identifier for the target chat or username of the target channel (in the format @channelusername) phone_number String Yes Contact’s phone number first_name String Yes Contact’s first name last_name String Optional Contact’s last name vcard String Optional Additional data about the contact in the form of a vCard, 0-2048 bytes disable_notification Boolean Optional Sends the message silently.
