Smartcsv

A CSV wrapper for read method with autodetect of column separator and encoding to utf-8

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'smartcsv'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install smartcsv

Usage

    # returned csv encoded as utf-8
    Smartcsv.read(file)
