Overview

The RepeatConsensus class provides an interface to the repeat_consensus table. This table contains consensus sequences for repeats.

This class uses ActiveRecord to access data in the Ensembl database. See the general documentation of the Ensembl module for more information on what this means and what methods are available.

Examples:

repeat = RepeatFeature.find(29)
puts repeat.repeat_consensus.repeat_name + "\t" + repeat.repeat_consensus.repeat_consensus
