Uniq Systems Omega Sector Generic Tariffs Gem

This gem provides basic code to support Omega Sector tariffs. In order for them to work you’ve got to redefine several classes to support real persistent database storage instead of the in-memory one.

These classes are:

• PacketFilterRepository

• SingleTimeFilterRepository

Without those every time you restart the system you’ll lose the state, which is probably not what you really want.
