An Mspire library supporting Xcalibur.
Description
Usage
Currently the primary use of Ms-Xcalibur is to convert RAW files to dta files. Use this workflow to do so:
% tap run -- raw_to_dta RAW_FILE --:s dta_to_mgf > MGF_FILE
The extract_msn.exe tool provided by Xcalibur/BioWorks must already be installed.
Installation
Ms-Xcalibur is available as a gem on RubyForge. Use:
% gem install ms-xcalibur
