Make possible to save and load images from disk on bmp format

Installation

Gem installation

sudo gem install imageruby-bmp-c

Usage

No explicit require is needed

require "imageruby"

image = ImageRuby::Image.from_file("input.bmp")
image.save("output.bmp", :bmp)
