HTML entity encoding and decoding for Ruby

The HTMLEntities module facilitates encoding and decoding of
(X)HTML entities from/to their corresponding UTF-8 codepoints.

To install (requires root/admin privileges):

ruby setup.rb

Alternatively, you can just use the gem.
